Youth Football & Cheerleading Northeast Vikings will have their opening registration for the 2008 cheerleading season, May 1st at Taco Cabana located at Thousand Oaks/Jones Maltsberger from 6pm-8pm.

Cheerleaders ages 5-13 are all welcome to participate who are ready to show their spirit for a awesome organization! Northeast Vikings is a Pop Warner Organization, the Nation's largest youth football and cheerleading organization serving America's youth through safe athletics and academic excellence for over 76 years. Pop Warner Little Scholars (PWLS) is the only national youth sports organization in America that requires its participants to perform adequately in the classroom before permitting them to play. We believe that the standards we have set give these children a sense of responsibility and an appreciation for academics and athletics that will help them develop later on in life. San Antonio does not have an NFL team yet but a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader is bringing you the San Antonio Roses, an independent professional cheerleading squad for San Antonio.
Do you like dancing? Do you like being in parades, being a local celebrity, signing autographs, having photo shoots, performing at corporate events, promotions, grand openings and local sporting events? Would you like the opportunity to perform at events like the nationally televised 2009 U.S. Army All-American Bowl SpiritFest in the Alamodome in front of over 35,000 spectators?
The San Antonio Roses are looking for talented ladies ages 18 and up. Auditions will be held on June 15, 2008 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the San Antonio Roses studio. Ladies receive many benefits including free use of a uniform for the season, free use of a 24-hour fitness facility, free tanning, free movies, and discounts with their official sponsors. The Roses have their own studio and van for transportation to events. You get to workout and practice Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm learning many routines. On the weekends you will have photo shoots, appearances, autograph sessions, and attend many community events.
